  The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competencies, hands-on experience with international standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale construction works.

    Key Responsibilities
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Oversee and coordinate construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review, interpret, and control technical drawings, shop drawings, and contract documents.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and follow up on technical documentation, method statements, and construction-related reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure effective
   <strong>

   </strong>
   nterdisciplinary coordination among Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural/Finishes teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor construction progress and support problem-solving
   <strong>
   </strong>
   for technical and site-related challenges.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with international consultants and ensure compliance with international standards and specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report regularly to project management and contribute to efficient site reporting and documentation processes.
  </li>

    Qualifications
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with a strong focus on international mega projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Primevera is an asset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to prepare and review technical documentation and shop drawings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in subcontractor and supplier management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure construction environments.
  </li>
