<div><p>The <b>Commercial Drivers</b> are responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. Drivers are responsible for providing the pickup service of containers filled with waste or recyclable materials. Containers may weigh in excess of 1000 pounds and at times require drivers to maneuver wheeled containers to a pickup stage area. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer, or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. This role navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job.</p><p></p><p><b>

Operations Supervisor</p><br>

Operate vehicle in accordance with Lakeshore Waste Services safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act), and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws</li><li>
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)</li><li>
Immediately report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch</li><li>
Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by LRS or directed by the Route Manager</li><li>
Work closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices</li><li>
Notify Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage</li><li>
Notify Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including blocked containers, closed lots, streets, alleyways or potential safety hazards</li><li>
Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager</li><li>
Identify and report all containers in need of repair or replacement</li><li>
Ensure the number of containers on the route reconciles to the service level listed on service list</li><li>
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer&rsquo;s location clean and free of debris</li><li>
Complete and submit customer tickets as required when excessive yardage must be removed</li><li>
Position and return containers on the customer&rsquo;s property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced</li><li>
Ensure doors are closed and secured and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic</li><li>
Follow route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process</li><li>

Design and develop financial dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Act as a product manager for financial management technology solutions, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with audit readiness and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery of scalable solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>
Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support modernization initiatives.</p></li><li><p>
Support integration of advanced analytics and automation tools, leveraging platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, Power Apps, and Databricks to improve reporting and decision-making.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all solutions adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks.</p></li><li><p>

What You Will Need:</p><ul><li><p>
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED &quot;SECRET&quot; Federal or DoD security clearance.<br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
ONE (1) or more years of experience in data analysis, financial management, or technology-enabled transformation projects.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) and familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks).</p></li><li><p>
Ability to commute to client and Guidehouse offices</p></li></ul><p><br>
What Would Be Nice To Have:</p><ul><li><p>
Understanding of federal financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>

Prior experience supporting federal audit readiness or CFO functions within DoD or similar agencies.</p></li><li><p>
