2 years Assistant Manager experience in apartment complex of 100 units.</li><li>
Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus!</li><li>

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>
Adaptable with the ability to change priorities on short notice.</li><li>

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required</li><li>
