Prepare for and participate in Z/17 and other regulatory or classification audits as applicable</li><li>
Conduct regular QHSE inspections, including weekly and monthly safety walks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented</li><li>
Prepare and communicate safety alerts, awareness materials and lessons learned to employees</li><li>
Organize and deliver toolbox talks and ensure proper documentation and filing of records</li><li>
Maintain compliance records for PPE, medical supplies and first aid kits, ensuring validity and availability at all times</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of QHSE processes across all operational sites</li><li>
Submit monthly / quarterly QHSE report to management</li><li>
Delivers audit assignments for nominated business or customer areas. Develops individual audit plans and detailed scope; delivers the fieldwork required to gather and report findings and opinions; agrees on corrective actions with auditees, and refers serious or contentious issues to the lead auditor</li><li>
Works within established global and Survitec QHSE framework, policy and processes established regulatory and governance systems and protocols, as well as external regulation and guidelines</li><li>
Investigates standard incidents using current and appropriate processes, systems and procedures, taking action to solve immediate compliance issues. Advises more senior colleagues on complex problems</li><li>
Carries out a range of complex activities to generate evidence to validate existing and new quality assurance test methods and procedures</li><li>
Carries out a range of quality management activities under the guidance of senior colleagues to contribute to the identification and evaluation of current policies and business processes that are in the scope of the Quality Management System. Works as part of a wider QHSE team to design, develop and document new policies, procedures and business processes</li><li>
Resolves queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy</li><li>
Organises and prepares complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Gathers and summarises key data for special reports</li><li>
Designs own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assigns work to others to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done</li><li>

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with occasionally high volume when aircraft arrive or depart.
