 The Senior Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) functions across the project. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices through effective governance, audits, risk management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, while promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Quality and HSSE Management System for the

 Project in compliance with the Client Requirements, Hill Corporate policies, International Standards,
 
 
 and Industry best practices.

 Make proposals to the Client (MODON) for correcting identified non-compliant work as designed or

 constructed and instruct and supervise the corrective actions and confirm to MODON the satisfactory

 Ensure that the LDC (and Other Consultants) issue monthly Project Quality Reports that describe the

 HSSE Specific

 Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Civil and Fit-Out projects, maintenance and on demand requests. Dealing with Client, contractors and service providers, reporting progress, planning and mitigation of risks to ensure that the projects and work orders are delivered in line with Client expectations / brief, in terms of time, cost and quality.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Co-ordinate with the contractors project designers, suppliers and contractor and be responsible for planning the overall project completion including overseeing the ordering of materials and contractors via payment requests and purchase orders, in line with Company procurement rules, to ensure the various elements of the project are planned to meet the key milestones and achieve overall completion.
