<li>Oversee quality management certification requirements for both Metro and Tram contracts</li>
<li>Monitor and assist departments in the response and resolution of contractual notices such as remedial and warning notices</li>

</b></p><ul><li>Design the overarching quality vision for the ED&amp;A function in conjunction with the Data Governance team, and lead teams in developing test strategies and test plans validating the core business problem and translating them into tests around code functionality, data quality, performance, and security.
</li><li>Implement and practice fit-for-purpose estimation techniques, to promote iterative delivery, both at the sprint/story level and the initiative/epic level. Help the program team in refining estimates, with optimal assumptions and inter-dependency understanding. Mentor and coach engineers on effective estimation techniques.

Help identify any skills gaps and support staff movements and rotations.

Non-Conformance, Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions</p><ul><li>Identify non-conformities and raise NCRs where applicable.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented and verified.</li><li>Monitor quality trends and recurring issues to prevent systemic failures and reduce cost of poor quality and rework.</li></ul><p>5. Process Improvement &amp; Performance Monitoring</p><ul><li>Develop and optimize quality and inspection processes to improve efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Establish and monitor quality KPIs aligned with business and project objectives.</li><li>Drive preventive quality strategies, shifting focus from reactive inspection to proactive quality assurance.</li></ul><p>6. Operational Integration &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</p><ul><li>Work closely with Project Managers, Operations, Production, Engineering, Procurement, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.</li><li>Ensure quality requirements are integrated into planning, execution, and procurement processes.</li><li>Support project teams with technical quality guidance to ensure specifications and standards are met.</li></ul><p>7.
