We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at our padel club. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front desk operations and accurate financial transactions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome members and visitors with a professional and positive attitude.</li><li>Manage court bookings, memberships, and customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through messaging platforms.</li><li>Process payments accurately using cash, card, and digital payment methods.</li><li>Handle daily cash reconciliation and prepare end-of-shift reports.</li><li>Assist customers with membership registrations, renewals, and club promotions.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.</li><li>Coordinate with coaches and club staff regarding schedules and court availability.</li><li>Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about club services, events, and programs.</li><li>Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.</li><li>Assist with retail sales of club merchandise, equipment, and refreshments.</li><li>Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as required.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
