➢ What You'll Do</b></p><div><ul><li><br>
Perform all standard clerical duties (emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing etc.)</li><li>Greet, process, and direct all facility visitors as necessary, and answer all visitor/ family questions</li><li>Monitor phones and voicemail, and route all calls and messages appropriately</li><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as all UPS and Amazon shipments</li><li>Maintain inventory and cleanliness of reception area, and re-stock office supplies as necessary</li><li>Maintain pharmacy copay log and record all payments</li><li>Perform administrative errands as necessary, and any other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p><b><br>
➢ What We're Looking For</b></p><div><ul><li><br>
High School Diploma/ GED preferred</li><li>Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred</li><li>If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all times</li></ul></div><p><b><br>

Its multidisciplinary staff includes doctors, nurses, addiction specialists, counselors, and support staff, who care for each and every client in a most compassionate and dignified manner.
