MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Execution &amp; Commercial Deployment<ul><li>
Implement Off Trade strategies across the Black Sea region in alignment with national sales priorities.</li><li>
Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.</li><li>
Increase distribution width and depth across retail and wholesale accounts.</li><li>
Drive merchandising and in-store promotional activities in cooperation with Trade Marketing.</li></ul>
Team Management &amp; Development<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors and their respective teams.</li><li>
Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback.</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
Distributor Management<ul><li>
Manage distributor relationships, including stock levels, credit limits, and outlet coverage.</li><li>
Strengthen relationships with key retail partners to maximize availability and visibility.</li><li>
Support joint business planning with distributors and retailers.</li></ul>
Insights &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Provide structured feedback on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity.</li><li>
Deliver regional insights to inform national planning and S&amp;OP processes.</li><li>
Track ROI on trade investments and adjust plans based on performance.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Education: 4 Years&rsquo; University degree</li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum 8-10 years of commercial experience, in FMCG or beverage industry</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of people management experience in sales, field team leadership, or key account management roles.</li></ul></li><li>
Professional Skills:<ul><li>
Strong understanding of Offtrade channel dynamics and key commercial drivers</li><li>
Proven leadership capabilities in managing field sales teams and driving execution excellence</li><li>
Ability to translate commercial strategies into regional action plans with measurable outcomes</li><li>
Solid planning, organizational, and analytical skills to monitor and improve performance</li><li>
Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul></li><li>
