Secretarial &amp; Office Administration<ul><li>Draft, issue and log official correspondence to clients, consultants and government authorities .</li><li>Incoming / outgoing correspondence register with reference number, date, subject, party and required action; follow up until closed.</li><li>Document control: contracts, variation orders, claims, invoices, LPOs, subcontracts &mdash; filed electronically by project with a clear naming and version system.</li><li>Manage the General Manager's schedule, meetings, calls and visitors; prepare meeting minutes with action owners and due dates.</li><li>Prepare and submit tender and prequalification documents within deadlines.</li><li>Office supplies, courier, utilities and company document custody.</li></ul>B. HR &amp; Government Relations<ul><li>Full visa cycle: offer letter, MOHRE work permit, medical, Emirates ID &amp; residence visa (ICP), health card, e-contract.</li><li>All renewals: residence visas, Emirates IDs, health cards, trade licence (ADDED), Abu Dhabi Chamber membership, MOHRE establishment file, contractor classification.</li><li>Insurances: DOH mandatory health insurance, ILOE unemployment insurance, workmen's compensation.</li><li>Maintain a single electronic register of all company and employee documents with expiry dates, and act on renewals in advance.</li><li>Employee files, leave records, warning letters and clearance documentation.</li></ul>C. Payroll<ul><li>Collect and verify site attendance, leave and overtime before entry.</li><li>Calculate basic pay, allowances, overtime, deductions and advances per the registered MOHRE e-contract.</li><li>Submit the payroll sheet for General Manager approval each month.</li><li>Prepare the SIF file, upload via WPS, confirm bank settlement and report any rejection immediately.</li><li>Final settlements: gratuity, unused leave, repatriation ticket, signed clearance before visa cancellation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years in a UAE contracting company covering secretarial work, PRO/HR and payroll.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of MOHRE and ICP portals and the WPS system.</li><li>Proven ability to close tasks without daily supervision.</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
