Overview:</div><div>
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of a new enterprise application. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing backend APIs using Java Spring Boot, building secure and responsive UIs in React, and designing optimized PostgreSQL schemas and queries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications from concept through deployment.</div><div></div><div>

Demonstrated experience leading application deployments and upgrades.</div></li><li><div>
Highly motivated and capable of leading under aggressive timelines.</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).</div></li><li><div>

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.
The targeted base salary range for this role is $117,000-$177,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
