 You will report to Manager, Managed Support and work in Pune, Viman Nagar office. This is hybrid role to work from office for 2-3 days a week.
 
 
 
 What Your Responsibilities Will Be
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You are responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer business requirements and follow documented best practices for sales and use tax automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate successful and accurate implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor client projects and solve problems to keep projects moving forward with the support of the project team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Sales and Account Management teams in identifying additional products or services that could support the customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback on current processes and update internal documentation with guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep projects and internal systems up to date throughout project lifecycle.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What You&rsquo;ll Need To Be Successful
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-3 years of software implementation, preferably within the B2B sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience supporting in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules within ERP or financial systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install and configure one or more of the following ERPs: WooCommerce, Sage 100, Sage Intacct, Dynamics GP, D365 Sales, D365 Business Central, Salesforce Sales Cloud, NetSuite, QuickBooks, along with the ability to explain the various configuration options and demonstrate sales order/invoicing processes. (Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree (BCA, MCA, B.Tech) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent career experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in implementing ERP solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with sales and use tax or compliance scenarios. (Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a large portfolio of active customers through their implementation or support process; organization and varying needs is critical to this role's success.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have good knowledge in APIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated understanding and practical application of AI tools to enhance productivity, data driven decision-making, and client outcomes, with a focus on adoption and effective utilization of AI.
