We focus on quality, safety, and timely project execution with a strong in-house team and industry expertise.</p><p><b>About the Role: </b>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, track, and maintain all project documentation for our Civil &amp; Electrical works. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate filing, version control, timely retrieval and smooth coordination between project teams, consultants and contractors.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>&middot; Manage and control all project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, permits, etc.) for Civil OR Electrical disciplines.</p><p>&middot; Maintain an organized document control system in both electronic and hard-copy formats.</p><p>&middot; Ensure proper version control, file naming conventions, and secure storage of documents.</p><p>&middot; Distribute drawings and documents to relevant stakeholders and track acknowledgments.</p><p>&middot; Monitor document workflows and ensure timely review/approval of submissions.</p><p>&middot; Coordinate with site teams, engineering teams, and contractors regarding document-related queries.</p><p>&middot; Prepare document logs, reports, and dashboards as required.</p><p>&middot; Ensure compliance with company and project documentation procedures.</p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><p>&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Civil/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p><p>&middot; Proven experience as a Document Controller in Civil, Electrical, or Construction projects. Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems</p><p>&middot; Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.</p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><p>&middot; Experience working with large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.</p><p>&middot; Familiarity with ISO documentation standards.</p><p>&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
