</b></p><ul><li>Execute the Pipeline Engineering technical detailed design scope and endeavor to bring out the best practices and approaches to deliver the technical requirements.
</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare the necessary documentation, establishing major methods and data as necessary, and ensure the selection of the optimum Pipeline design from both technical and economic standpoints.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that design method, standards and data used conform to Asset Owners requirements and/or those issued by Centre of Excellence.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the preparation of the Pipeline and Stress Analysis Philosophy document incorporating user requirements.
</li></ul><ul><li>In consultation with Project Delivery Skill-pool, assign appropriate Pipeline engineering resources and monitor performance to ensure all Pipeline Engineering deliverables are accomplished.
</li></ul><ul><li>Be responsible for the coordination, execution, cross country ( &gt;100 Km), size (&gt;20&rdquo;) and progress of Pipeline Engineering design.
</li></ul><ul><li>Be responsible for the accuracy of Pipeline layouts, standards, and isometrics.
</li></ul><ul><li>Be responsible for stress analysis of all Pipeline as per company procedures and/or approved international practices
</li></ul><ul><li>Be responsible for technical accuracy, quality, and economy of Pipeline engineering applications design.
</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with Vendor&rsquo;s pears representatives and other functions on all matters relating to pipeline engineering design and execution.

Role Purpose
<br><br>
We are seeking an experienced Site Utilities Engineer for a fully site‑based role within major road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a field‑driven engineer capable of managing, coordinating, and supervising utility works across multiple disciplines while ensuring compliance, safety, and timely delivery.
<br><br>
<b>Dry Utilities:</b><br>
Supervise relocation and protection of 11kV, 33kV, and LV electrical networks, including cabling, jointing, trenching, feeder pillars, and substations.
<br>Oversee complete Road lighting and Traffic Signal systems, including light pole installation, foundations, cable routing, control panels, manholes, ducting and network integration.
<br>Manage telecommunication diversions, including duct banks, chambers, manholes, micro ducts, fiber installation, splicing, and testing.
<br>Coordinate with utility authorities for NOCs, shutdowns, inspections, approvals, and technical requirements.
<br>Review drawings, submissions, and method statements, ensuring full technical compliance and smooth site execution.
<br><br>
<b>Wet Utilities:</b><br>
Supervise relocation/diversion of potable water pipelines, chamber construction works, fittings, tie‑ins, pressure testing, and commissioning.
<br>Manage sewer network diversions, including pipeline realignment, manhole construction, connections, benching, and flow management.
<br>Oversee relocation and reinstatement of irrigation pipelines in line with municipal and authority standards.
<br>Review wet utility drawings, layouts, and method statements and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
<br>Maintain proper documentation including test reports, inspection records, and as‑built updates.
<br><br>
<b>General Responsibilities:</b><br>
Review IFC drawings, verify scope with site conditions, coordinate with authorities/consultants for approvals, RFIs, and ensure timely compliance of all submissions including MAS.
<br>Plan and manage work programs, resource allocation (manpower/equipment), material tracking, FAT participation if required, and maintain full documentation of deliveries, specifications, approvals, and inspection records.
<br>Handle technical coordination, including maintaining RFI logs, identifying variations with backup, tracking subcontractor resources, monitoring potential delays, and ensuring proper technical resolution at site.
<br>Prepare accurate weekly/monthly progress reports, maintain project records, and issue periodic lessons learned documentation to support continuous improvement.
