   Own end-to-end UX/UI design for key product features and user flows
  </li>
  <li>
   Translate business and user needs into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

   Ensure alignment with our design system, accessibility standards, and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Writing teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Review work and mentor other designers when needed

   Contribute to design governance, documentation, and continuous improvement

   Strong experience in UX research, interaction design, and UI design
  </li>

   Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong visual and product design skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience building and maintaining design systems, UI kits, components, assets, and design architecture
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience with Design Thinking methodologies
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience designing mobile-first products for iOS and/or Android
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience in B2C products
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with developer handoff best practices
