  The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling John Crane products and services to achieve and exceed sales targets in Qatar. With strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment's, seals/dry gas seals and auxiliary systems, the role ensures customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and develops long-term business opportunities.

   Manage and handle key customers accounts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish and maintain steady and consistent interface with key personnel for each customer/end user.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promote and sell John Crane products and services to meet revenue targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Pursue and convert sales leads; identify and build relationships with new customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Visit existing and potential customers to assess needs and propose solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide sales and technical support, responding to customer inquiries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with Customer Service and Regional teams to prepare accurate quotations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review tenders and define price levels; negotiate tenders and offers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Share customer feedback and competitor intelligence internally.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct customer training and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  </li>

   Complete customers database: As-fitted schedules, interchangeability lists.
  </li>

   Assist in conventional trouble shooting at customers sites when required.

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering with equivalent experience. Preferably Mechanical Engineering.

   8 - 10 years' experience Sales and Account Management
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong technical knowledge of process industry, rotating equipment&rsquo;s and JC product portfolio
  </li>
  <li>
   Capability to make technical selections, product presentations, manage qualitative claims, interacting with JC engineering department.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must possess excellent networking capability and communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have the willingness, physical ability, and needed documents for extensive business travel.
  </li>
