What Required Qualifications &amp; Skills You'll Bring:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, with a Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure management on large-scale projects, including at least 5 years working in the GCC region.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in design management and construction supervision of major infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage systems, and complex civil structures.</li><li>
Experience working on large multidisciplinary developments such as major urban developments, marine infrastructure projects, or transportation-related programs.</li><li>
Proven background working within PMCM consultancy environments, coordinating between clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>
Strong expertise in civil engineering design principles, standards, and construction methodologies, particularly for complex infrastructure integration.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of international and local infrastructure codes and standards applicable in Qatar.</li><li>
Experience performing site engineering oversight including quality control, schedule monitoring, and contractor performance evaluation.</li><li>
Strong ability to review and manage multidisciplinary engineering designs ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>
Experience coordinating technical interfaces with structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist engineering teams.</li><li>
Strong contract administration and technical documentation skills including preparation of engineering reports and review of contractor submittals.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management and engineering tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, and relevant design software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>
Membership or chartership with a recognized professional engineering body such as PE, CEng, PMI, or MICE is preferred.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to complex program environments involving accelerated schedules, high-profile client interfaces, and integrated design-construction implementation.</li></ul><p></p>
