The Senior Electrician leads technicians, coordinates with other trades, and ensures the delivery of high-quality workmanship.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and execute installation of lighting systems, including indoor, outdoor, architectural, and landscape lighting.</li><li>Install, configure, and test smart home systems such as lighting controls, dimming systems, automation panels, sensors, switches, and related devices.</li><li>Read, interpret, and execute electrical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings.</li><li>Lead and guide site technicians and electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local electrical regulations.</li><li>Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and smart home systems.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues on site efficiently.</li><li>Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used correctly and report shortages or damages.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, testing records, and as-built updates.</li><li>Train junior electricians and technicians on proper installation methods and safety practices.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in electrical installations, preferably in lighting and smart home systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of low-current systems, lighting controls, and home automation technologies.</li><li>Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities independently.</li><li>Good understanding of electrical safety standards and local authority requirements.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation systems.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Leadership and team supervision</li><li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting</li><li>Attention to detail and quality control</li><li>Time management and task prioritization</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: KD275.000 - KD350.000 per month</p>
