<p>We are looking for <b>Visual Designers</b> to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums.</p>
<p><b>You are a good fit if you:</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Have over 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design</p>
</li><li><p>Have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field.</p>
</li><li><p>Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics.</p>
</li><li><p>Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding.</p>
</li><li><p>Proficiency with creative coding tools &ndash; including but not limited to HTML/CSS, Processing, and three.js.</p>
</li><li><p>Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>
</li><li><p>Have strong attention to details.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>Role Start Date</b></p>
<ul><li>This role will begin in late December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.</li>
</ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li><p>The project is <b>10-20 hours of work per week</b> with potential for increased hours based on performance.</p>
</li><li><p>You will work asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines.</p>
</li><li><p>You will craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>Interview Process</b></p>
<ul><li><p>You will complete a short AI interview about your creative process.</p>
</li><li><p>Following the interview will be a short portfolio review and writing assessment.</p>

   Managing payroll and personnel processes, informing employees about payrolls,

  <li>
   Following up on employee rights within the framework of relevant laws, regulations and procedures, and conducting relevant work in the SAP environment,

   Ensuring the completion of legal notifications (Social Security Institution, Employment Agency, withholding tax return, etc.),
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducting and following up on correspondence with official institutions,
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing employee group health insurance and individual retirement plans,
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitoring occupational health and safety processes,
  </li>

   Following up on periodic reports,

   Proficient in MS Office and SAP programs. Knowledgeable in labor law and social security legislation, research-oriented, and follows legal changes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experienced in correspondence and reporting with official institutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Team player, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills.
