The ideal candidate is technically skilled, client-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English (Arabic highly preferred).Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales<ul><li>Collaborate with Sales Associates to understand customer requirements and propose CT solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and bills of material (BOMs).</li><li>Support RFP responses, partner portal submissions, and deal registrations.</li></ul>Implementation &amp; Delivery (Post-Sales Execution)<ul><li>Install, configure, and commission networking, cloud, and ICT products.</li><li>Conduct on-site deliveries, system setup, and testing to ensure successful handover.</li><li>Prepare installation reports, user documentation, and handover materials.</li><li>Provide first-line troubleshooting and escalate issues to support when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with service standards and SLA requirements.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Sales Associates to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Participate in technical training and certifications to maintain up-to-date expertise.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in pre-sales, IT engineering, or field installations.</li><li>Knowledge of networking, servers, storage, or cloud systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with system setup, hardware installation, or software configuration.</li><li>Strong communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.</li><li>Additional IT certifications (CCNA, MCNA, CompTIA, VMware, etc.) are an advantage.</li><li>Must have a valid Qatar driving license and own car.</li><li>Must be under 35 years old.</li><li>Proactive and go-getter personality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License And Own Car (Required)</li></ul>
