</div><div><ul><li>You will plan and ensure the on-time execution of export shipments for both group and non-group customers.</li>
<li>You will manage the document flow between customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.</li>
<li>You will monitor all stages of import orders, from order placement to warehouse delivery.</li>
<li>You will take an active role in document control, transportation planning, customs clearance, and TSE processes.</li>
<li>You will manage payment, letter of credit, damage, and insurance processes while ensuring coordination with relevant departments.</li>
<li>You will follow up on export incentive certificates and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) processes, and provide updates on regulatory changes.</li>
<li>You will support the department&rsquo;s compliance with Integrated Management System standards.</li>
<li>You will contribute to achieving departmental cost and performance targets.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

<li>Language Skills: With a strong command of English, you can communicate effectively in an international environment.</li>
<li>Know-how and Skills: Your knowledge of customs regulations, TSE, incentive certificates, and AEO processes, along with your reporting and logistics experience, will help you make a difference.</li>
<li>Other Requirements: Your advanced MS Office skills and preferably SAP knowledge will demonstrate your technological proficiency.</li>
<li>Personality: Your abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting, communication, and time management skills will set you apart.</li>
