 KEY PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 The Sports Marketing and Team Sales Representative will manage a territory that includes teams and clubs
 
 .
 
 This position will be responsible for managing contract deliverables for sponsored teams, athletes, and coaches while actively driving team sales through sponsorship and promotional programs. The SMR will also support sales and accounts at events.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identify and create new team contracts to leverage sponsorships within local swim teams markets.

 Review details of sponsorship contracts and agreements with Speedo coaches.
 </li>

 Review and carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, event participation with Speedo sales reps and Team Dealers.

 Carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, and event participation with sponsored teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate orders through B2B sponsored team website for equipment for teams attending National meets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Salesforce team sponsorship database with all team and coach contract deliverables, financial responsibilities, and coach/team contact details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in forecasting potential promotional items and product needs for Speedo incentive programs.
 </li>

 Reference contracts for all outfitting to ensure teams are staying within contract allotment.

 Following up with teams, dealers, and reps regarding outstanding orders.

 Maintain team sponsorship database with order numbers, team notes, and remaining support allowance.

 Coordinate all team sales details with AE and Team Dealer, yearly.

 Present contracts in person to decision makers, ensuring all parties understand obligations in full and how they will be fulfilled.

 Effectively manage the travel budget to optimize team visits and swim meet responsibilities.
 </li>

 Present product line to teams yearly to confirm outfitting which should be shared with Team Dealer.

 Work with AE, Team Dealer and Sports Marketing Manager to identify new teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review all aspects of Speedo sponsorship programs, contracts, and teams/coaches under agreement with Team Dealers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Sales Rep and Sports Marketing Manager to manage information, sponsorship, and promotional programs with Team Dealer Ambassadors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with partners on the pool deck at events. make contact and build relationships with coaches, athletes, and event personnel.
 </li>

 Maintain a professional appearance at all events and meetings.
 </li>

This individual will sit at the intersection of data quality assurance, data governance, and applied analysis - acting as a critical connective layer between our Engineering team &amp; Analytics Ops who depend on accurate, well-structured data to do their best work. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining data governance practices, enforcing data quality standards, documenting data definitions and lineage across our internal and syndicated data ecosystem, and supporting the broader analytics infrastructure that powers our sponsorship valuation and measurement capabilities. Within Excel Sports Management, the Excel Analytics team serves as the center of gravity for all commercial marketing insights and analytics including sponsorship measurement, consumer insights, talent analytics and industry/category analysis. Excel Analytics is comprised of a vertically-integrated team of specialists supporting brand, property and talent clients, from back-end engineering, through to modeling and analytics and finally to our client-facing consultants who interpret and visualize our results. 


 Role &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Own the ongoing monitoring of data quality across key internal, syndicated, and third-party vendors/data sources.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational management between vendors and Excel Analytics.</li>
<li>Oversee Analytics' core data assets &amp; maintain a working knowledge of data sources, their structure, lineage, refresh cadence, and known limitations.</li>

A Produce Clerk at the Dill Pickle is responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs both in the department and in the store as a whole. Produce Clerk duties include keeping the Produce sales floor as well as all related backstok in a clean, safe, orderly, and properly rotated fashion. Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to all customers within the department.</li><li>
Receive, process and stock inventory within grocery departments, to include bins, shelves and coolers.</li><li>
Ensuring proper merchandising standards of the sales floor to ensure delivery of an attractive, well-organized shopping experience for customers.</li><li>
Maintain department cleanliness of the sales floor and department warehouse areas.</li><li>
Assist Buyers, Grocery Manager, and Store Manager in creation of attractive displays and seasonal merchandising changes.</li><li>
Ensure pricing accuracy of all department merchandise.</li><li>
Maintain organized and clearly labeled overstock according to co-op standards.</li><li>
Perform product rotation for freshness, using the &ldquo;first in/first&rdquo; out process and regular checking of expiration dates.</li><li>
Notify department managers of damaged or malfunctioning equipment and unsellable merchandise and disposing of product according to The Dill Pickle Co-op policy.</li><li>
Ensure back stock is stored and labeled in an organized manner for easy access and rotation.</li><li>
Clean display cases, refrigerator glass and interiors, shelves and aisles.</li><li>
Assist with quarterly inventory count.</li><li>
