Job SummaryThe Cost Control Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing food, beverage, and operational costs across F&amp;B outlets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality and brand standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and analyze food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.</li><li>Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and budgets.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, stock counts, wastage, and audits.</li><li>Review recipe and menu costing, portion control, and supplier pricing.</li><li>Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and Finance teams.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.</li><li>5+ years of cost control experience in the F&amp;B or hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of F&amp;B operations, inventory, and cost analysis.</li><li>Proficient in ERP/POS systems and Excel.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD750.000 per month
