<div>Verificar que el equipo audiovisual necesario se encuentre en el inventario antes del evento. Instalar, operar y solucionar problemas en todos los equipos, dispositivos y sistemas. Leer, comprender y seguir las pautas del libro sobre procedimientos operativos est&aacute;ndares de Marriott Visual Productions (programa MVP). Asistir a la gerencia en la contrataci&oacute;n, capacitaci&oacute;n, motivaci&oacute;n y preparaci&oacute;n de los empleados y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de &quot;Garant&iacute;a de tratamiento justo y pol&iacute;tica de puertas abiertas&quot;. Cumplir con las pol&iacute;ticas y procedimientos de la compa&ntilde;&iacute;a. Informar los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras?y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la informaci&oacute;n patentada y proteger los bienes de la compa&ntilde;&iacute;a. Hablar con los dem&aacute;s utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional y preparar y revisar los documentos escritos de manera exacta y completa. Atender los tel&eacute;fonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Cultivar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes y escuchar y responder de manera apropiada las inquietudes de los empleados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los est&aacute;ndares de calidad; identificar, recomendar, desarrollar e implementar nuevas formas de aumentar la eficacia, productividad, calidad, seguridad y/o capacidad de ahorro de la organizaci&oacute;n. Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o m&aacute;quinas. Alcanzar, agarrar, voltear, manipular, mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras o menos. Ingresar y localizar informaci&oacute;n mediante la utilizaci&oacute;n de computadoras o sistemas de punto de venta (Point of Sales, POS). Subir y bajar escaleras regulares y rampas de servicio.
