 Prepares, annotates and distributes shipping documents

 Ensures inventories are performed in accordance with established procedures

 Instructs personnel performing warehouse duties in loading, unloading, segregation, dunnage, pelletizing, and selection of stock and storage areas.

 Oversees property disposal storage functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures application of special procedures for handling, storing, packaging and shipping retrograde material.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommends additions and deletions to authorized stockage list.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains accounting records of property disposal activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages controlled, critical and reserve stocks and operational readiness floats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties and assignments as required.

 Qualifications

 <li>
 Security Clearance:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Experience: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree for three years general experience.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of five years of experience in Supply operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a customer service-oriented company.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Skills &amp; Technology Used:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn automated supply management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to obtain a Forklift license.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Supervisory / Budgetary Responsibilities:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least two years of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervises Supply Technicians directly at Camp Arifjan, and remotely for Supply Technicians located at geographically dispersed locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews Purchase Requests to ensure available funding prior to submittal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update proprietary applications regarding:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Update section employee daily status, leave, sick, on site, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and track accomplishment of section monthly or quarterly safety and compliance training
 </li>
 <li>
 Purge section employee expired certifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify section employee compliance training in Virtual Training Record
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify section vehicle logs are being kept accurately and uploaded
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure section personnel are maintaining their 8570 / 8140 certifications
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Review weekly training compliance reports for accomplishment prior to suspense.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve leave forms ensuring before approval all compliance training is current.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate transportation and integration of new and returning employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document and promptly counsel poor performance and policy violations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce all V2X, GO 1, and dress code policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide annual employee appraisal feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
 </li>
 <li>

 <li>
 Ensure the safety of personnel and monthly safety inspections are properly conducted.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command.
 </li>

 Manage work schedules.

 Conduct proper new and returning employee orientation and ensure employee thorough understanding and can accomplish all tasks in the Employee Job Certification (EJC)
 </li>

 Work with employees and HR when emergencies or abnormal circumstances occur.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacting with subordinates ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Vehicle usage

 Resolving personnel conflicts at the lowest level possible.
 </li>
