The Progress &amp; Reporting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project progress, readiness, reporting and performance visibility across multi-disciplinary workstreams to support timely execution of project objectives within EGA operational requirements.
The job holder provides integrated coordination across planning, materials, equipment, contractors and stakeholders. The role develops and maintains reliable progress monitoring tools, dashboards and executive reports to enable timely issue resolution, action tracking and management decision-making.
The role acts as a key coordination point for the Al Azm Control Tower / project controls environment, ensuring data accuracy, reporting discipline and cross-functional alignment across daily and weekly execution governance.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</h1>
Project Progress &amp; Work Sequencing<ul><li>
Coordinate multi-disciplinary work sequencing across project, operations, maintenance, supply chain, contractor and support teams to ensure execution priorities are aligned with approved plans.</li><li>
Track planned versus actual progress and highlight variances, constraints and recovery actions to support schedule adherence and timely delivery.</li><li>

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports covering schedule performance, readiness status, contractor performance, material and equipment constraints, risk areas and recovery actions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain KPI reporting structures that provide clear visibility of project performance, key risks and management actions.</li><li>
Prepare concise executive-level updates and dashboards to support senior management reviews, decision-making and escalation of critical issues.</li></ul>
Data, Analytics &amp; Automation<ul><li>
Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based trackers and dashboards using Power Query, Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards to improve accuracy and reporting efficiency.</li><li>

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Manpower Operations and Business Development Coordinator with strong practical knowledge of manpower supply operations in the UAE. The candidate must be able to independently manage workers, coordinate with clients, visit companies and project sites, and generate new manpower supply business.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, facilities management companies and project sites to introduce our manpower supply services.</li><li>Generate new business enquiries and secure manpower supply contracts.</li><li>Arrange meetings with potential clients and present the company profile and available manpower categories.</li><li>Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, LPOs, contracts and payment terms.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and obtain additional manpower requirements.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports of company visits, contact persons, enquiries and business opportunities.</li><li>Manage the daily deployment, transfer and replacement of workers across multiple sites.</li><li>Coordinate directly with clients, project managers and site supervisors.</li><li>Maintain attendance, overtime, absenteeism, leave and worker deployment records.</li><li>Collect and verify signed timesheets for invoice preparation.</li><li>Arrange replacements for absent, rejected or underperforming workers.</li><li>Monitor workers&rsquo; discipline, productivity, attendance and site performance.</li><li>Coordinate workers&rsquo; accommodation, transportation and food arrangements when required.</li><li>Maintain records of visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical insurance and expiry dates.</li><li>Manage employee mobilization, demobilisation, onboarding and site-access requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with HR and accounts regarding recruitment, payroll, visa processing, invoices and payments.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and resolve client and worker concerns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and site HSE procedures.</li></ul>Mandatory Experience and Knowledge:<ul><li>Relevant UAE experience in manpower supply operations and business development.</li><li>Candidates without manpower supply experience will not be considered.</li><li>Strong knowledge of skilled and unskilled manpower categories, including helpers, masons, carpenters, scaffolders, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, painters and technicians.</li><li>Practical knowledge of worker recruitment, mobilisation, deployment, attendance, timesheets, payroll coordination and replacements.</li><li>Good understanding of UAE labour procedures, employment documentation, visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs and medical insurance.</li><li>Experience in approaching companies, generating enquiries, preparing quotations and following up for LPOs and contracts.</li><li>Existing contacts with contractors, subcontractors and facilities management companies are strongly preferred.</li><li>Ability to handle client complaints, worker issues and urgent manpower requirements independently.</li><li>Good communication, negotiation, sales and reporting skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp.</li><li>Good command of English.
