Establish frameworks that improve data quality, accessibility, and business value.Analytics LeadershipLead the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical models that support strategic and operational decision-making.Team LeadershipManage and mentor analytics professionals. Conduct performance reviews and create development plans that strengthen team capabilities.Data GovernanceEstablish standards, policies, and controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across the organization.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to understand priorities, communicate insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.What We Are Looking ForExperience8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields, including leadership experience managing teams and enterprise initiatives.Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of business intelligence platforms, reporting tools, data governance, analytics methodologies, and performance measurement frameworks.Leadership SkillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Business AcumenAbility to translate complex business challenges into analytical solutions that create measurable business value.MindsetYou are strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.
