 &bull; Managing and coordinating all activities within the Technical Office and PMO structure, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project requirements,
 
 
 &bull; Lead teams responsible for quantity take-off, progress monitoring, subcontractor progress evaluation, and project documentation,
 
 
 &bull; Continual review and approval of subcontractor interim and final progress payments with all supporting documentation,
 
 
 &bull; Implementing and presenting essential reporting to management as requested regarding current status of subcontract agreements and status of subcontractors&rsquo; receipts, recording and evaluation of subcontractor reports, filtering the critical data and conveying those to responsible parties,
 
 
 &bull; Interaction and communication with subcontractors regarding status of works, subcontract agreements, payments and any other critical issues,
