The primary role of the Technical Support Engineer is to deliver exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, customers, and internal partners. Acting as a key point of contact across multiple channels&mdash;including telephone, email, and web tickets&mdash;this position focuses on EATON's electrical product portfolio, specifically tailored devices within the Electrical division.
In this capacity, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including end customers, wholesalers, distributors, panel builders, designers, logistics teams, quality departments, product management, R&amp;D, manufacturing, and sales or service representatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions, ensuring seamless communication and support.
You will provide vital assistance to sales functions across the EMEA region, and partially in APAC and the Americas, addressing technical inquiries, product-specific questions, warranty issues, documentation requests, repair and calibration needs, and troubleshooting challenges. Additionally, you will guide customers in product selection and application assistance through phone and email interactions. As the first point of escalation for non-standard inquiries and advanced troubleshooting related to hardware and software, your expertise will be invaluable.

Foster customer loyalty by delivering high-quality service and enhancing value through a performance-driven culture.</li><li>

 We are looking for an ambitious Global OEM &amp; Key Account Manager for the Industrial Vacuum Solutions (IVS) Division of Nilfisk.
 
 
 
 This Role In Summary
 
 
 
 The role is split in two parts: the Global OEM Manager as well as the Global Key Account Manager for the IVS Business.
 
 
 
 As a Global OEM Manager
 
 you will be both a &ldquo;harvester&rdquo; and a &ldquo;farmer&rdquo; as your role will be on one hand to be supporting the existing OEM Business from the Commercial Center of Excellence in Italy (Zocca-MO), as well as hunting for new Global opportunities within OEMs.
 
 
 In this role you will be:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The liaison between Key OEM customers&rsquo; Technical Team and key decision makers and the R&amp;D and production facility in Italy (Zocca).
 </li>
 <li>
 The direct link and sparring partner between the Local Sales Companies OEM Managers and the Center of Excellence in Italy (Global Product Managers, Application Managers, R&amp;D and Operations etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Enlarging the business within existing and future OEM customers from a more localized business to a true Global Business, tapping into our Global Sales Companies network
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 As a Global Key Account Manager
 
 you will be supporting our Sales Teams in helping finding the right customized solution within the Industrial Vacuum Solutions, whether this is a mobile vacuum cleaner or a centralized vacuum system. You will do this with full support from our Competence Center based in Italy.
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the day-by-day business of major OEM Accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Network with major OEM Key Accounts to identify and address specific needs and enlarge the business potential both with new product offerings and same products in new markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers&rsquo; decision makers to ensure long-term success
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and contribute to the overall Company targets and strategy for OEMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent internal and external communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the liaison between Global OEM customers and internal teams (R&amp;D, Product Management etc.) ensuring clients&rsquo; requirements are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the increase of business volume with major Global Key Accounts within mainly the food and pharma business segments
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Local Sales and Global and Local Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products and international contracts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The Global OEM &amp; Key Account Manager will be located in our
 
 Istanbul Office
 
 and will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role, with professional experience in durable goods and highly technical products within the B2B environment within Industrial Manufacturing companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales related background
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer oriented attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is a must, other languages preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Data focused approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales metric and marketing intelligence professional
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel
 
 
 </li>
