<b>Your role and responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform on-site service activities like: Service jobs, Installation and Commissioning, Routine maintenance work, Maintenance, Repairs, Upgrades, On-site troubleshooting, analyzing and rectifying of technical problems.</p></li><li><p>
Perform technical support, identify and analyze technical problems through remote, when in-office.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities. Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.</p></li><li><p>
Execute Service work on-site with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.</p></li><li><p>
Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b><br>
Qualifications for the role
</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering .</p></li><li><p>
Minimum 2 years of service experience or equivalent working experience</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of Low voltage and Medium Voltage Frequency Converters
</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools, drive configuration software, and troubleshooting techniques. Able to read electrical drawings</p></li><li><p>
Familiar with Switchboard/Panel and its products and Industrial automation systems (PLC and DCS) knowledge is an advantage</p></li><li><p>
Having a valid driving license &amp; no obstacle for traveling</p></li><li><p>
In-depth understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes with service logic and customer-oriented approach</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with marine/offshore work environments and procedures</p></li><li><p>
