 Lead deployment and configuration of hyper-converged infrastructure solutions such as

 Nutanix, VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, and Huawei FusionCube.

 Implement and maintain data protection strategies using backup solutions (Veeam,
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 NetBackup, Acronis, Veritas, etc.) including scheduling, monitoring, and recovery testing.

 Manage and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris) and related
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and domain controllers.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct root cause analysis for complex incidents and drive the resolution of critical
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 issues affecting production environments.

 <li>
 Support migration and integration projects for infrastructure modernization and hybrid
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 cloud enablement.

 Document system designs, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 6+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering roles, including design, implementation,
 
 
 and support of enterprise infrastructure.
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Expert-level administration of VMware, Hyper-V, AHV
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-Level in cloud administration of any of the following Azure, OCI, AWS
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in SRM and other VMWare Technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of backup and recovery platforms (Veeam, NetBackup, Acronis, Veritas)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Solaris OS administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with infrastructure services (AD, DNS, domain controllers)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with automation and infrastructure monitoring tools is an advantage
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
