The Watchman will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to any security concerns in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and secure the premises, ensuring safety of property and tenants</li><li>Control access to buildings and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of common areas, corridors, entrances, and surroundings.</li><li>Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal.</li><li>Assist in moving furniture or equipment during tenant move-in or maintenance work</li><li>Check lighting, water leaks, and report any damages or repair needs to the supervisor.</li><li>Support maintenance team during inspections and unit handovers.</li><li>Follow safety and hygiene standards while carrying out daily duties.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role in the UAE is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.</li><li>Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Physically fit .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
