 The Content Authoring Senior Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across websites, mobile app, and self-service digital channels. The role ensures content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Company&rsquo;s brand voice while enhancing customer engagement and overall digital experience through data-driven content improvements.  Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to align content with digital campaigns, customer journeys, and segment-specific strategies.

 Review and validate all live content to ensure compliance, accuracy, localization, and quality assurance standards.

 Support digital campaigns through timely content updates and enhancements across channels.

 Leverage analytics and SEO insights to continuously optimize content performance and improve customer engagement.

 Ensure adherence to content governance, version control, and best practices across digital platforms.

 Requirements:
