</b></h2><p>As a Sr.Sales Engineer 1, your mission is to sell API610, Product Company Pumps, Gear Pumps/System and achieve the sales target set upon. You will report to [Aslam Parvez].
</p><p>You will
</p><ul><li>Lead technical sales engagements with EPC&rsquo;s, End Users along with strategic accounts and complex opportunities, acting as the primary technical trusted advisor throughout the entire sales cycle
</li><li>Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover business pain points, technical constraints, and strategic objectives
</li><li>Architect and present tailored solutions that align our product capabilities with customer requirements and success criteria
</li><li>Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and evaluations &mdash; both remotely and on-site
</li><li>Collaborate closely with Reps to develop winning strategies, create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate commercial &amp; technical terms
</li><li>Handle objections, competitive positioning, and risk mitigation with confidence and data-backed arguments
</li><li>Maintain deep expertise in our product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies
</li><li>Forecast accurately, maintain clean opportunity hygiene in CRM, and contribute to quarterly business reviews

</p><p>You have 5 - 7 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer/ Sr. Sales Engineer
</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering: Mechanical
</li><li>Proven track record of consistently exceeding booking targets in a technical sales capacity
</li><li>Experience selling to EPC&rsquo;s, End User &amp; Operators in the MENA &amp; CIS countries
</li><li>Strong ability to present and influence NOC&rsquo;s &amp; EPC&rsquo;s of MENA &amp; CIS countries.
</li><li>Should have in depth know-how of MENA &amp; CIS countries NOC&rsquo;s requirements &amp; specs of our products as well as familiar with API specification on API610, PC pumps, Gear Pumps &amp; systems)
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills &mdash; can write crisp technical proposals and deliver compelling presentations
</li><li>Comfortable with 40&ndash;50% travel (customer visits, trade shows, on-site workshops) &mdash; depending on territory/model
</li><li>Experience in a technical pre-sales / sales engineering role selling complex B2B solutions &amp; Products (API610 Pumps, PC Pumps, Gear Pumps &amp; Systems)
