  • Establish and maintain a document control system for efficient filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents.
  • Receive, log, and distribute all incoming project-related documents such as drawings, specifications, transmittals, submittals, and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are properly coded, recorded, and stored in accordance with company or project standards.
  • Control the issuance, revision, and version tracking of all controlled documents.
  • Prepare document transmittals for submission to clients, consultants, or contractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date registers of drawings, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Ensure obsolete documents are clearly marked and archived appropriately.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and procurement for document flow and approvals.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
  • Maintain document registers, log sheets, and submission records.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on document control activities.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks for the department or management.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread official letters, memos, emails, and reports.
  • Maintain the office filing system (both digital and physical).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of document control software (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Five: 5 years (Required)
