Secretary (Industrial Sector Background)

A reputable company in the industrial sector is looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join their team.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Previous experience in the industrial sector is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling
  • Experience in handling suppliers, quotations, and industrial documentation is a plus
  • Arabic speaker preferred (bilingual is an advantage)
  • Transferable Visa (18) preferred
  • Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily administrative and office tasks
  • Handling emails, calls, and official correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing reports
  • Maintaining filing systems and company records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD280.000 - KD300.000 per month
