Section Officer - ICC

Location: Dhoraji - Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

1. Closely monitor store demands / orders / ITR’s.

2. Keep close liaison with commercial, warehouse & supplier for stock & delivery follow up.

3. Maintain stock holding within budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service level / fill rate)

4. Control issuance of Purchase Order / ITR for non-trade supplies based on its use, management and its distribution.

5. Monitor the store’s shrinkage, especially the Fresh Food. Ensure within provision / budget.

6. Manage, Organize accepting and storing of goods to provide enough space available for incoming goods. Only the appropriate quality and quantity of goods can get into the store.

7. Receiving the physical merchandise in the dedicated area, determine the actual received quantity correctly and move the goods from GR area to sales floor.

8. Handling / Checking delivery documents and proper issuance of receiving.

9. Make entries into SAP as per SOP and issuance GRN / Invoice.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors in Supply Chain or relevant field
2-4 years of experience in similar role
