As we expand our footprint across the MENA region, we are seeking a Blockchain Security Finance Manager to spearhead the financial integrity and risk mitigation strategies of our digital asset portfolio.

You will be the guardian of our fiscal health within the decentralized ecosystem, ensuring that every transaction is not only profitable but fortified against the evolving threat landscape of Web3.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Governance: Manage budget allocation for security protocols, smart contract audits, and insurance hedging for digital assets.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement financial risk frameworks specifically for DeFi protocols and cold/hot storage solutions.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all blockchain-related financial activities align with international regulatory standards and Dubai/Qatari financial reporting requirements.
• Audit Coordination: Lead the financial side of periodic security audits, reconciling on-chain data with internal financial statements.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Provide high-level financial analysis and security briefs to executive leadership regarding liquidity pools and asset security.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in financial management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on blockchain, fintech, or digital asset security.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or Blockchain Council certifications) are highly preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of smart contract logic, cryptographic security, and the financial mechanics of Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols.
• Analytical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in data integration and advanced financial modeling.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory for stakeholder coordination and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR34,000.00 per month
