Security Manager

Job Purpose:

The Manager Security will be responsible for ensuring effective security management across the organization. The role requires a disciplined professional with a defense background who can oversee all aspects of security operations, project management, and security-related documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement, and supervise all security measures for company facilities, personnel, and assets.

• Monitor and manage security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain and update all security-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of security procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements in security systems.
• Supervise security staff and ensure proper training and discipline.
• Provide regular security reports to management.
• Assist in project management activities related to operations and security.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Retired Major / Lt Cdr from Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF.

• Minimum 25 years of service in defense forces (mandatory).
• Must be in Medical Category A.
• Service Record Book to be presented at the time of interview.
• Strong knowledge of security management practices and operational protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in project management and security-related record keeping.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
