Surveillance/CCTV Incharge

Job Title: Surveillance Incharge
Location: Karachi DHA
Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented Surveillance Incharge to lead and manage our surveillance operations. This role involves overseeing the surveillance team, monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the surveillance team.
• Responsible for monitoring all Sales activity in the Grocery Stores Monitor the Store property, employees.
• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for suspicious activity, policy violations, or security risks.
• Monitor any suspicious activities such as Robbery or breaking
• Communicate with managers, supervisors, employees and other personnel on a daily basis
• Review footage and create reports for any suspicious activity on Store premises
• Maintain a visual of all incidents on property
• Investigate incidents and compile accurate and timely reports.
• Monitor the functionality of all surveillance equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and legal security standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate surveillance staff performance.
• Maintain logs of surveillance operations and system maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in surveillance or security operations, with at least 05 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, video analytics, and access control systems.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
