Job Title: Surveillance Officer
Location: Karachi DHA
Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM /2:00 PM to 12:PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Officer to monitor our premises and ensure the safety and security of our staff, customers, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent judgment, and experience working with CCTV and other security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious or unlawful activity.
• Responsible for monitoring all Sales activity in the Grocery Stores Monitor the Store property, employees.
• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for suspicious activity, policy violations, or security risks.
• Monitor any suspicious activities such as Robbery or breaking
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report faults or irregularities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities.
• Collaborate with security teams and law enforcement if required.
• Ensure that all surveillance operations comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in surveillance, security, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other electronic monitoring tools.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and alert for extended periods.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
