Security Supervisor with SIRA LICENSE

Security supervisor is a working leader of a crew of Guards who patrols and checks all the Guards including the client premises and facilities for proper safety environment. Its work is accomplished within departmental procedures but judgment and initiatives are frequently exercised.

Duties/Responsibilities

Ø Monitor the performance of security guards and handling any incidents & its reports in co-ordination with hotel management

Ø Review the check list done by security guards

Ø Supervise other regular employees; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work, training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention.

Ø Teaches and enforces safety regulations at the work site.

Ø Establishes Security patrol priorities.

Ø Assist Crime prevention officer in identifying high risk areas and initiates actions to reduce risk exposure.

Ø Performs all duties of a Security Guard.

Ø Reviews utilization and maintenance of all security equipments.

Ø Prepare daily and periodic reports to the clients / Company management regarding all activities in its jurisdiction of operation.

Ø Takes predetermined actions and renders first aid in emergencies such as accidents, fire and illness,also review & report incidents & Accidents.

Ø Assist in development of Security Policies and procedures.

Ø Communicates with Services users about Security needs and problems.

Ø Maintains and recommends changes or improvements in the software recordkeeping systems for all the Security Guards activities.
