Senior Accountant-Retail-Ras Al Khaimah

We need candidate with 7+ years of experience in retail industry

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in retail accounting to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory, AR/AP, and retail financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting (stock valuation, adjustments, shrinkage, reconciliation with POS)
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and store-wise performance
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial policies
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of entries
• Work closely with operations, retail, and merchandising teams
• Identify areas for cost control and process improvement

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
