Define and own AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities in
Telecom (CVM, CEX, RMS, network analytics)
and
Fin-tech (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital onboarding)
.
Translate business needs into AI product requirements, measurable success metrics, and scalable features.
Lead and mentor agile, cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, designers) from
POC to production
.
Drive adoption of AI solutions across business units, ensuring
ROI through churn reduction, ARPU uplift, fraud prevention, and revenue optimization
.
Ensure timely delivery of initiatives in line with governance, compliance, and data security standards.
Track AI/ML market and industry trends, including Telecom AI, Fin-tech AI, and regulatory frameworks, to propose enhancements.
Collaborate with C-level executives and sponsors to secure alignment, funding, and scaling of AI solutions.
Education
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Fluency in English (French is a plus; bilingual preferred).
Experience
8+ years in project and product management, including 5+ years leading AI/ML projects.
Strong domain expertise in
Telecom and/or Fin-tech
(customer value management, fraud detection, digital banking, network optimization).
Proven track record managing AI/ML projects from
POC to industrialization
.
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to brief executives and align technical/business teams.
Project Management
Expertise in Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
Ability to manage
multi-country, multi-stakeholder AI projects
.
Skilled in budget/resource management, risk anticipation, and mitigation.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Technical & Domain Understanding
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, CV, LLMs, GenAI, recommender systems.
Knowledge of data engineering workflows: ETL, data pipelines, APIs, real-time streaming.
Awareness of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining, lifecycle management).
Application knowledge in churn prediction, customer segmentation, fraud detection, credit scoring, network anomaly detection.
Tools & Technologies
Python, SQL, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch (high-level understanding).
Cloud AI platforms: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack/Teams.

Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business impact.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of aligning diverse teams.
