Bin Khalid Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong design vision, advanced technical expertise, and hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. A valid registration with PCATP is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept development to final execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor architects and design team members
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly and professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
• Mandatory PCATP registration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively
