Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will manage end-to-end design development, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs
• Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution as per drawings
• Review BOQs, materials, and finishing details
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Supervise and guide junior architects and design teams
• Handle client presentations, approvals, and design revisions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and detailing
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

Preferred:

• Experience in construction or interior fit-out companies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,965.22 - ₹80,179.03 per month
