Business Function  Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

In Cash & Trade, you will be part of the product management team that provides seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade and Cash Management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visits with our relationship managers.Job PurposeDeliver & manage new and innovative Current Account and Deposits products and drive the growth of liability book for the bank. The role includes end to end product management existing products, keep track of the liability book, drive frontline teams to garner new business, market analysis and regular updates to existing propositions to be better than the market.Key Accountabilities & Job Responsibilities* End to End product proposition management for current account and term deposits for commercial and corporate customers of the bank.* Deliver competitive and innovative current account and deposit propositions & ensure commercialisation of product suite.* Manage Term Deposit Desk and Bulk Deposits for non-individual customers.* Drive growth in current account balances through campaigns, bundled propositions and partnerships.* Track growth in business and liaise with internal frontline stakeholders to take regular check-points on performance v/s targets.

Publish dashboards, MIS to senior stakeholders and committees.* Keen eye for market trends, competitor insights for constant innovation and new solutions* Work with support units to setup & streamline end to end processes for liabilities – current accounts & term deposits.* Keep track of regulatory requirements and ensure timely regulatory compliance.* Participate and manage internal and external queries, including customer presentations and RFP* Ensure timely reporting to regulators, other govt. bodies as and when required.* Able to understand digitisation. Create user requirements, work with technology and operations teams to deliver technical enhancements to digitise and automate solutions.* Manage audit and other regulatory enquires* Work closely with marketing for creating customer collaterals, external campaigns etc. Train frontline teams.* Able to work with legal and compliance teams for various documentation and regulatory adherence.* Support and manage special projects.

Special projects to be determined in consultation with Head Cash Management.* Interact with internal stakeholders in India and Region for efficient implementation processes/solutions.* Establish profile of the Bank as a cash management provider in India. Undertake frequent competitor analysis and share with Senior Business Development Manager/Product Team to enable DBS Cash Management offerings being in line with competing banks. Also identify local promotional activities and share the same with Senior Business Development Manager which will help positively reinforce DBS Cash Management brand. Required Experience3 – 6 years of experience in a similar role.Education / Preferred QualificationsMBA or a professional degree from a premier institute or compensating experience * Experience in product management within Transaction Banking or Corporate Banking, with a strong focus liquidity and liabilities management will be preferable.* Good understanding of basic regulations on current accounts, interest rates, liquidity.* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities, build compelling business cases, and drive revenue growth.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.* Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.* Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to trade finance in India and globally.* Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional client value.
