In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.

The Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding will support and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure that the firm attracts, hires, and integrates talent effectively. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating candidate sourcing and selection, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences to enhance new hire engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies to meet the firm’s staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including coordination in posting the opportunities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Work closely with business to understand job requirements and provide timely recruitment support.
  • Maintain and update data on Workday to ensure accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
  • Support the recruitment manager on the onboarding process including orientation sessions, documentation, and coordination with relevant business.
  • Ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience through effective communication and support.
  • Support branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the project trainees and internship program.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and onboarding best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
