We’re partnering with a leading FMCG group to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand growth across awareness, market share, volume and profitability. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for integrated marketing strategy, innovation/NPD, A&P budget management and agency leadership.

You’ll work cross-functionally to turn consumer insight into commercial results, shaping the long-term value of a key brand portfolio.

We’re keen to speak with candidates who bring:

• Strong FMCG brand marketing experience (Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager level)
• Proven delivery of brand growth and P&L results
• Hands-on experience with integrated marketing, NPD and A&P budgets
• A commercial, insight-led mindset
