About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to lead Native's brand evolution and growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and growth marketing, combining creative storytelling with commercial rigor to unlock new opportunities and scale the Native brand across categories.

You'll own Native's brand strategy and content ecosystem across key channels (Instagram, YouTube, and beyond), while identifying and executing growth levers that drive measurable business impact. You'll be responsible for shaping how Native shows up in culture, building brand love and trust, and translating that into customer acquisition and retention.

This is a role for someone who thinks like a brand builder but operates like a growth marketer—someone who can craft compelling narratives and also obsess over the metrics that matter.



Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve Native's brand positioning, ensuring it remains distinct, relevant, and commercially powerful in a crowded market.
  • Identify white space opportunities for the brand to own culturally and commercially, translating insights into effective brand campaigns.

2. Content & Channel Strategy

  • Own Native's content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms- balancing brand-building with performance goals.
  • Identify and activate creator partnerships that authentically amplify Native's voice, building long-term relationships with KOLs and advocates.

3. Growth & Go-to-Market

  • Partner with GTM and growth teams to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV expansion.
  • Build funnel-specific communication strategies—from awareness to conversion—and lead brand efforts around product launches and key business moments.

4. Performance & Insights

  • Track brand health metrics alongside performance metrics (CAC, engagement, conversion), using data and insights to refine strategy.
  • Build a test-and-learn culture—constantly experimenting with new formats, platforms, and tactics to unlock growth.



What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 4-8 years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid role—ideally in consumer brands, D2C, or startups.
  • Brand sensibility + growth mindset: You can craft impactful brand campaigns that also pull levers to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Instagram, YouTube, performance marketing) and how to use them strategically.
  • Experience building and executing content strategies that balance creativity with commercial impact.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, growth, product, and GTM teams.
  • Data-informed decision-making—you use insights to guide strategy, not just validate ideas.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background working with creators and influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tactics and funnel optimization.
  • Strong visual and creative judgment—you know good work when you see it (and can help make it better).
